  2. Don't commit to a serious diet change. Start with the water bottle diet and then snack replacement.
  3. Slow & Steady when first starting back - muscles, ligaments and tendons will all need some time to gain strength
  4. Invest your gym time wisely
  5. Don't buy diet product, they only distract you from the key issue which is your decision making.
